Japan is hosting an international information security conference called CODE BLUE at Sola City Conference Center, Tokyo, between February 17th and 18th, 2014. This is the first one initiated and organized by Japanese.

CODE BLUE has two keynote speakers: the first one is Mr. Jeff Moss who founded the Black Hat and DefCon; and the other is Mr. Chris Eagle who is Senior Lecturer, Department of Computer Science, Naval Postgraduate School, CA. The CODE BLUE Committee made its final decision on speakers on January 17. Twelve speakers from the Japanese or non-Japanese government or industry will provide a presentation to share their expertise on the latest trend of cybersecurity vulnerabilities or cyber-attacks. The participation costs 35,000 yen if you register between January 6th and 31st, 40,000yen between February 1st and 7th, and 45,000 yen at the door between February 17th and 18th. See http://codeblue.jp/en-registration.html.
